Beyond the Gallery (BTG): Share Your Art with Our Community!
Local restaurants and businesses have invited us to brighten their spaces with original artwork created by MWCA members. It’s a meaningful way to support local artists while adding beauty and creativity throughout our community.
Membership Requirement
You must be a current MWCA member to participate. If your membership has expired, please renew before your work can be included in an exhibition. This is yet another fabulous perk of your MWCA membership!
How It Works -- FOR ARTISTS
1. Start by learning more.
Visit our website, BeyondtheGallery.org, to read about the program and how it works.
2. Complete the BTG application.
You’ll submit images that reflect your artistic style along with a few details about you and your work. Submit images HERE.
3. MWCA will reach out to local venues that are interested in hosting solo shows for local artists.
4. We’ll post a prospectus for each opportunity, including details like dates, location, and other key information. Only artists featured in the Beyond the Gallery portfolio catalog will be considered for these shows.
5. When a new prospectus is posted, you can simply let us know if you’d like to have your portfolio included in that selection process. No need to send new photos or fill out another form — venues will choose artists directly from the Beyond the Gallery website.
6. Once selected…
We’ll coordinate with you and the business to schedule your solo exhibition and finalize all details.

Submit everything using this JotForm. Select pieces don’t need to remain available indefinitely — what matters is that your images clearly reflect your style since businesses may select you months or even years from your application date.
