Independent Studio Membership Our Independent Studio Membership offers scheduled weekly access to the pottery studio for adult intermediate and advanced students who are ready to work independently. This is a shared, community-driven studio space designed for those with prior experience who want time to practice, create, and grow. How It Works

Studio Reservations
Studio access is by reservation only.
Each week, members receive a sign-up link to reserve their studio time. Please respond. This allows us to schedule proctors efficiently and keep membership costs affordable.

Hours are offered outside of class times and may change as we grow:
Note: Summer camps (June–July) may temporarily affect availability.

Failure to follow studio policies may result in loss of access.

Independent Studio Membership is available to:
- Current MWCA Members
- Students who have completed at least one MWCA pottery class
- Those approved for independent studio use
- Those who complete a required studio orientation
Monthly Enrollment
- Opens on the 15th for the following month
- Closes when full or by the 28th
Studio Reservations
Studio access is by reservation only.

- Reserve your time in advance
- Studio sessions are scheduled in blocks, but members may come and go during that time, as long as you have RSVP'ed.
- If no one is signed up, the studio will not open
- Walk-ins are not available at this time

- Monday: 11–4
- Tuesday: 5–8
- Wednesday: 3–6
- Thursday: 5–8
- Friday: 11–3
- Saturday: 5–8

Materials & Firing
- Clay must be purchased through MWCA
- Clay purchase includes use of studio glazes and firing
Studio Expectations
To keep the studio safe and welcoming, all members must:
- Sign in at each visit
- Follow all studio, kiln, and glaze procedures
- Clean thoroughly before leaving
- Use only approved materials
- Respect shared space and equipment
- Follow guidance from the studio proctor
Failure to follow studio policies may result in loss of access.
