Here's how it works:

Email our Education Chair, Donna Coffman, and she will match you up with the perfect instructor for your party and help you with fun ideas, too! Please include your phone number in your email, plus the age of the party-goers & approximate number. Also note if it's ok to communicate via text or not. Due to busy .... well, LIVES :-) ... please give us 48 hours to get back to you. If you don't hear from someone within 48 hours, call 770-207-8937.

Here's how it works:
Our fee:
- FOR ADULT painting parties: $30 per person. Some teachers have a minimum of 6 attendees; you will have to discuss this policy with your instructor. Other party projects are available, too - prices vary. This gives you a private room rental for three hours, including instructor time for two of those hours. Our instructors can help you customize the project that you want to create. (If you want a completely original painting, not one of our usual offerings, there may be a small up-charge. You can discuss this with your teacher.) You provide the food and decor. We'll cover all the art supplies needed for your party. $50 per hour additional fee if your party exceeds three hours.
- For KIDS painting parties: $175 (for most parties) for up to 8 guests. $20 per extra child if you have more than 8 attendees. This gives you a private room rental for three hours, including instructor time for two of those hours. Our instructors can help you customize the project that you want to create. You provide the food and decor. We'll cover all the art supplies needed for your party. $50 per hour additional fee if your party exceeds three hours.
- For POTTERY parties (adults or kids): $200 for up to 8 guests for a two hour party - includes one hour of instruction and all supplies. $25 per extra guest if you have more than 8 attendees. Each student will create up to three pieces (depends on the project) which can be picked up two weeks later after they are fired. Email Rebecca to reserve your party or for more info!
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and book your room and teacher.
- Payment in full (deposit subtracted out) is due at the time of your party.

kids' birthday parties
We have teachers that can tailor a party to suit your child's interest or we have projects already prepared that you can choose from. Most of the birthday parties that we've hosted are painting parties -- for younger kids we recommend acrylic painting, older kids like to do watercolors.
For example ... Recently, we had a seven-year-old birthday painting party. The kids painted Black Labs, which the birthday girl choose based on her favorite family pet. For a different party, the birthday boy wanted to paint a fox so we happily obliged!
The parties are created with age, skill level, etc. in mind so that everyone leaves having had fun, feeling successful and very encouraged!
The price for the parties is minimum $175 for 8 kids, the price goes up $20 for each additional child. This fee includes room rental for 3 hours, art supplies, teacher-led project the first 2 hours and then the additional hour is for your cake, ice cream, pizza ... whatever you choose to provide.

Private events: gallery rental

Host your special event in an art gallery!
While not always available, when space and scheduling allows we are happy to discuss renting our gallery, lobby and/or sculpture garden area for private events. The gallery is a truly unique and creative space for your graduation celebration, birthday party, or baby shower. With tables and chairs for up to 30 guests, additional seating in the alcove book nook and even expanding the party out into our garden - we can host your special event! You provide your own food/catering, decor, set-up and clean up. We provide a staff member to oversee the shop and gallery - shopping is encouraged! :-) Come by an take a look! Prices begin at $300 for a two-hour party, with an hour extra for you to set up and clean up (four hours total). $50 extra for each additional half hour. Email Hope for more information.
