Here at MWCA, our goal is to give you and your children the tools to enjoy a lifetime of art.
We are a technique-based teaching arts center. You can be assured of visual arts classes taught by master artists who are also experienced teachers. You will leave our courses, not just with a painting or a bowl, but with the knowledge and skills to continue a lifetime of life-enriching (and stress-reducing!) creativity!

🎨☀️ SUMMER 2025 ART CAMPS – REGISTRATION NOW OPEN! ☀️🎨
Let your child's creativity shine this summer at our 2025 Art Camps! With six weeks to choose from, we’ve got something for every young artist—whether they love painting, sculpting, or getting their hands messy with clay!
✨ CAMP OPTIONS:
🖌️ 5 Weeks of Mixed Media – Dive into exciting projects using a variety of techniques and materials!
🎭 1 Week of Pottery – Learn hand-building and wheel-throwing with our talented pottery instructor, Rebecca!
🎨 BONUS! All-Day Art Camp (June 2-6) – Mixed Media in the morning, Pottery in the afternoon! Double the fun!

AGES:
Mixed Media Camps: ages 5 - 12
Pottery (Clay) Camp: ages 8 and up
Fee per week of camp (includes all supplies):
$185 for members
$195 for non-members
CAMP DATES AND HOURS:
Camps run Monday - Friday from 9 am - noon, with the exception of Week ONE clay camp which is from 1 - 4pm.
WEEK ONE -- June 2 - 6
WEEK TWO -- Clay Camp -- June 16 - 20 -- with Rebecca Braswell from 9am-noon. Registration closed
WEEK THREE -- Mixed Media Camp -- June 23 - 27 -- with Eileen Driscoll and Rebecca McCartt from 9am - noon. Registration closed.
WEEK FOUR -- Mixed Media Camp -- July 7 - 11 -- Unfortunately, as of 6/25, this camp has been canceled. We apologise for any inconvenice. If possible, we ask that you move your child to WEEK FIVE OR SIX. If that's not possible, we will refund your week four camp fee back to you. We will be in touch soon to find out how you'd like us to proceed. Again, we are very sorry.
