renovation ... revitalization ... renewal!

💛 A Building with a Story to Tell 💛
From her days as a grand Post Office (1931), then a library (1972), through storm damage in 1993 — this beautiful building has served Monroe with heart and history.
Keeping her strong is a true labor of love.
Thanks to the City of Monroe, their incredible Maintenance team, and our dedicated volunteers, she continues to thrive — nearly 80 years and counting!

🎉 Gratitude & Growth at MWCA! 🖼️
In 2017, thanks to the vision and support of the City of Monroe, we received a brand-new roof — no more leaks, just fresh inspiration overhead!
And with the help of grants from the Walton County Foundation, generous individual donors, and tireless volunteers, we've added three beautiful new classrooms. These spaces are buzzing with creativity every week!
We often hear it from newcomers: “We can’t believe a town this size has such an incredible arts center!” That’s because of YOU — our City, our Members, and our community — believing in us since 1993!
💛 Thank you for helping us grow.
