Hello MWCA members!
We have weathered what I hope is the worst of 2020 and remain open to serve you and our community through offering classes, an inspiring new Show and everyone's favorite gift shop! Comments I've heard just today: "It's so calm and peaceful here. This is a really nice break from the world." "This is our first visit to Monroe and this place is amazing! We'll be back!" I hear comments like those almost daily. It's great fun to take someone on their first tour of this place and watch their eyes just about pop out of their heads. I know we take this place for granted, but having a community art center offering a shop, classes, gallery shows and events of our caliber is a rare and precious thing. Have you seen the new show? It's really amazing; my favorite one so far, I think. 64 artists are showcased through over 130 works selected by a panel of jurists. It truly is the best of the best. COMING UP …
