IN THE GALLERY
The Tiny Art Show was a HUGE success - over 60 works sold out of the show - a record for us!
The Monroe Museum's special exhibit is open July 14 - August 24 - come see this fascinating show!

UPCOMING SHOWS - please tell your artist-friends!
Submissions are open now through July 31 for our annual Regional Juried Show which opens in September.  All the details and guidelines are on our website, including the jurists and judge for the Regional Show.  Thanks to our member, Babs Kall, who has contacts throughout the art community in Athens, we have some fabulous artists with impressive credentials as jurists.  Learn more here: https://www.monroewaltonarts.org/call-for-entries.html

FALL FEST/Pop-Up Shops
If you are an artist/maker in our Shop, your second opportunity of the year to have a Pop-Up Shop is coming up -- Fall Fest on October 8.  

if you'd like to have a pop up shop, it will run the way we always do things - you can set up a table and/or tent outside.  First come, first served - you can be in the grassy areas but don't block sidewalks.  I don't assign spots.  You will take care of your own customers (taking payments) and settle up with us at the end of the day for 10% with a cap of $60.  If you sell over $600, you will only owe us $60 max.  NO RENTAL FEE.

Please RSVP by responding to this email.  If you are already in our Gift Shop, you will be approved to have a Pop Up Shop during Fall Fest.  If you are a member but NOT already in the shop, your work will have to be juried into the Fest.  Email photos of sample works by responding to this email.

The city will have booths for $75.  If you are a member here, please support YOUR art center - it's a better deal for you!

CHRISTMAS SHOP – October 29 – December 24
Our entire gallery is transformed into a Christmas Shop - hundreds of gifts, most under $35.
Note, new this year - there will be a $30 fee per booth - this will cover both November and December.
Booths are available to members who currently have items in our shop.
As usual in the gift shop, we keep 25% of the sale.

Set up: October 23 - 28.  Shop opens October 29.

• Artists will be juried into this shop as space is limited.  Artists may share booths.
• Each artist is provided space for a table and a 4'x8' board/backdrop that you can hang artwork from.
• You must provide your own 2'x4' table (this size only) and a white tablecloth.
• Please decorate your booth to make it attractive and festive.
• Artists are required to bring in new items every two weeks as we have repeat shoppers.
• Most items should be $35 or less. You can have more expensive items, but most items should be under $35. 

Respond back to this email ASAP if you are interested.  If you are approved, I will send you a link to pay for your booth space ($30), or you are welcome to drop by the Center.
