one day ... one week
Thank you for your faithful support of your local non-profit community arts center! Some news for you ...
You have ONE MORE DAY - until midnight on July 31 -- to get your REGIONAL juried show submissions in!!
All the details and guidelines are on our website, including the jurists and judge for the Regional Show.
Next Saturday - August 6 - we will have an important ART GUILD MEETING from 2 - 3:30
If you are an artist selling in our shop or are a member interested in selling here in the shop, we are having a special GUILD MEETING just for you. We'd like to say this meeting is MANDATORY, but we hope our Market Artists will want to come!
IN THE GALLERY
The Monroe Museum's special exhibit is open July 14 - August 24 - come see this fascinating show!
FALL FEST/Pop-Up Shops
If you are an artist/maker in our Shop, your second opportunity of the year to have a Pop-Up Shop is coming up -- Fall Fest on October 8.
If you'd like to have a pop up shop, it will run the way we always do things - you can set up a table and/or tent outside. First come, first served - you can be in the grassy areas but don't block sidewalks (Broad St will be closed). I don't assign spots. You will take care of your own customers (taking payments) and settle up with us at the end of the day for 10% with a cap of $60. If you sell over $600, you will only owe us $60 max. NO RENTAL FEE.
CHRISTMAS SHOP – October 29 – December 24
Our entire gallery is transformed into a Christmas Shop - hundreds of gifts, most under $35.
Note, new this year - there will be a $30 fee per booth - this will cover both November and December.
Booths are available to members who currently have items in our shop, members who are not currently in the shop will have to be juried in.
As usual in the gift shop, we keep 25% of the sale.
We're already about half-full with members who have already signed up and paid their fee.

2021 IMPACT REPORT
Why support MWCA? What do we do? What are our goals and accomplishments? I think you'll be impressed with our eight-page summary of 2021 produced by our president, Laura Templeton. It's attractive, easy-to-read and very compelling! You can view it online here:https://midd.me/TZSc
and print it out, if you like. Or drop by the Center for a copy.
Thanks again for your support - donations, attending our events and classes, shopping with us, volunteering, participating in our shows, being our ambassador in the community and spreading the word for us! EASY way to help -- "like" and share our social media posts! This helps more than you know! Art for all!!
See you soon!
